As always, nothing just wants to go smooth. Repairing the propeller started off so good, easy to take off, easy to clean, easy to find the place to get a new one (it was even much cheaper than we expected, which is probably the first time this happened) but the trying to put it on today was a pain in the ass. Even though the measurements are right it still doesn't want to go on smoothly, so we been filing off carefully, but after 4 hours I had enough of filing and diving down to see if it fits and postponed the last 3mm to tomorrow.
